Climate Experts Air, Plumbing & Electric was founded by Derek Cormier, a second-generation HVAC and plumbing contractor born and raised right here in Melbourne, FL. Derek and his wife, Katie, started the company with one goal: to bring honest, high-quality, locally rooted service back to an industry crowded with corporate chains and out-of-town ownership.
We built Climate Experts from the ground up through education, transparency and honest craftsmanship. Our technicians are trained in-house through our Florida State Registered HVAC Apprenticeship Program — not "average techs" hired off the street.
